Google Analytics

Contact & Estimate Forms (JotForm)

When you fill out our "Get a Free Estimate" form on this site, your submission is handled by JotForm — a third-party form service. The information you provide (your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and any notes about the repair) is sent directly to us so we can respond to your inquiry.

  • We only use your form submission to respond to your request and communicate about your vehicle.
  • We do not share this information with any other third parties.
  • JotForm stores form submissions on its servers. You can read JotForm's own privacy policy at jotform.com/privacy.

Google Maps

Our website embeds a Google Maps iframe to show our shop location. When you view a page with the map, Google may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not receive any data from this embed.

  • The map is loaded from Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to any data collected through the map embed.
  • You can view Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

This website uses cookies in limited ways:

  • Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and track sessions. These are anonymous and contain no personal information.
  • Our booking widget (Calendly) may set cookies when you interact with it on the booking page.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Full stop.

The only third-party services we use are Google Analytics (anonymous usage data), JotForm (form submissions you voluntarily send us), Calendly (appointment booking), and Google Maps (location embed). Each of these handles data under their own privacy policies, which we link to above.

Data Retention

Form submissions we receive are kept only as long as needed to complete or follow up on your request. We do not maintain a marketing database of customer contacts.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you and to request that it be deleted. Since we only collect information you voluntarily submit through our estimate form, and we do not retain it beyond active customer communication, this is straightforward in practice.
